How it works
You register the skills you offer, your availability and your rate. When a client project matches, you're invited. You decide whether to take it.
Work is broken into milestones. Each milestone has a scope and a credit value, and you are paid when it's delivered and released. No fixed hours, no reporting lines.
You stay fully independent — you are not a Rambin employee, and nothing here is an offer of employment. Rambin brings the client, scopes the work and keeps the relationship healthy so you can focus on delivering.
